We believe in heavily rewarding top performers. Your income is directly tied to your hustle, featuring a stable hourly base plus an aggressive, uncapped commission and bonus structure.
On-Target Earnings (OTE) Range:
· Expect an average realistic OTE of $55,000 to $85,000+ in your first year, with top producers earning even more through performance pay.

Hourly Base Pay: $18.00 to $25.00 per hour, based on your experience.
Performance Pay & Lucrative Bonuses:

$10–$20 for every qualified HVAC or Plumbing sales opportunity booked.

$15 for each Membership Club enrollment sold.

2%–5% commission on qualifying sales generated directly through your outbound efforts, customer follow-ups, and lead recovery.

What You Will Do (Core Responsibilities)

Fill the Schedule: Make consistent, daily outbound calls to existing, inactive, and prospective customers to book HVAC and plumbing maintenance, service, and sales appointments.

Recover Lost Revenue: Systematically follow up on unsold estimates, pending proposals, and older service recommendations to turn them into active jobs.

Master the System: Maintain highly detailed, clear, and accurate customer notes and history within ServiceTitan (our CRM).

Collaborate: Coordinate seamlessly with dispatchers, office staff, sales managers, and field technicians to optimize schedule utilization.

Train to Win: Participate in daily morning meetings and engage in 15 minutes of daily training to continuously sharpen your objection-handling and communication skills.
Who You Are (Required & Preferred Qualifications)

Experience: Proven background in outbound sales (4-8 years), appointment setting, lead recovery, customer retention, or inside sales.

Industry Knowledge (Strongly Preferred): Prior experience in the Home Services space (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, etc.) gives you a major advantage.

Software Savvy: Familiarity with ServiceTitan (or a similar home services CRM) is necessary.

Mindset: Emotionally mature, resilient, and thick-skinned. You maintain a positive attitude through rejection, comfortably hit a target 30% connect rate, and handle difficult customer miscommunications with poise and professionalism.
