HVAC Installer

All-Temp Systems Mechanical is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Installer for their Milford, MA, location. In this role, you will install equipment according to an established service schedule and for all our loyal clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of heating and cooling systems, along with experience installing and troubleshooting HVAC equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform installation of Furnaces, Air Conditioning Units, Ductless Heat Pumps, Boiler, hydronic HVAC, Indoor Air Quality accessories, and any other Heating, Cooling, and Indoor comfort products.
• Interact with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address HVAC concerns.
• Ensure the HVAC equipment that was installed is clean and safe upon departure.
• Build and maintains customer relations in the field to ensure excellent customer service and enhance the company's image.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, generators, and other equipment as required by the job.
• Document legibly and accurately all work completed according to company policy and submit daily.

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of experience in residential HVAC
• EPA – Universal Certification
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Excellent written, verbal, and active listening skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Technical knowledge
• Strong organizational skills and problem solving skills
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team

The starting base hourly rate for this position is $25-35 per hour. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
