What You’ll Do
Troubleshoot, maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling units for residential customers under the direct supervision of the lead technician.
Assist the lead technician with diagnosing and repairing the mechanical and electrical components of these systems.
Learn how to properly advise homeowners on the status of their HVAC system and provide options for necessary modifications or repairs.
Travel to job sites within the service area and maintain communication with dispatchers and management to ensure schedule is maintained, work orders are completed, and delays are properly relayed to the customer.
Complete invoices and obtain customer authorization/signatures for the financial decision at the beginning and end of the job.
Provide excellent customer service and take proper measures to protect the customers home while performing work. Participate in company provided training opportunities on latest industry technologies and customer service
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
0 years of residential HVAC service experience preferred
Ability to lift 50–75 lbs, handle ladders, and work in tight or elevated spaces
Strong communication skills with a professional, customer-focused attitude
