In this role, you will be responsible for the installation of HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties. You will work with advanced tools and ensure all systems are installed correctly and efficiently, delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Β Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Install residential HVAC systems including:
Furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, and mini-split systems
Perform change-outs, full system replacements, and installations for new construction
Install ductwork, line sets, condensate drains, and ventilation components as required
Ensure all installations meet local building codes, manufacturer specifications, and company quality standards
Start up systems, test operation, and verify proper airflow and performance
Communicate with homeowners in a professional and respectful manner
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite
Accurately complete installation paperwork, checklists, and job documentation
Work collaboratively with installation helpers, service technicians, and project managers
Follow all safety policies, including use of PPE and proper handling of tools and equipment
Qualifications
2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience required
Knowledge of residential HVAC systems, tools, and installation methods
Ability to read basic plans, layouts, and installation instructions
EPA Section 608 Certification (required or must obtain) We will pay for.
Valid driverβs license with acceptable driving record
Strong attention to detail and workmanship quality
Ability to lift up to 50β75 lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and rooftops
Preferred Skills
Experience with heat pump systems and high-efficiency equipment
Basic electrical and gas piping knowledge
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
