Role Summary
Our client is a leading HVAC services organization based in Spring, Texas. They are seeking a leader who can ensure high-quality installations, maintenance, and repair services. The role is responsible for overseeing workflow, providing technical guidance, and driving customer satisfaction across residential and commercial projects.
Mandatory Requirements
- Overall experience range: 3 to 8 years of hands-on HVAC experience, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or Lead Technician role.
- Valid EPA Universal Certification and a current Texas TDLR Technician or Contractor License.
- Expertise in residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including heat pumps, gas furnaces, and high-efficiency air conditioning units.
- Must have experience in: Construction – Specialty Trades – Mechanical / HVAC, HVAC, and Manufacturing – HVAC Equipment (Chillers/Boilers).
- Must hold AABC or NEBB certification.
MUST-HAVE INDUSTRIES: Candidates must have experience working in one or more of the following industries: Construction – Specialty Trades – Mechanical / HVAC, HVAC, Manufacturing – HVAC Equipment (Chillers/Boilers)
Compensation Details
Salary: USD $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
Variable Compensation

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily field operations, ensuring high standards for installations, maintenance, and repair services.
- Coordinate technician schedules and dispatch activities to maximize operational efficiency throughout the Greater Houston area.
- Train and mentor junior technicians in technical competencies, safety procedures, and customer service best practices.
- Serve as the escalation point for customer concerns, providing technical explanations and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate Criteria
Experience: Must have a minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 8 years of overall professional experience.
Employment Stability: Minimum tenure of 1 year per employer.
Required Education / Specialization
- Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required. ("Nice to have")
