We are hiring HVAC Service Technicians to help maintain, diagnose, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems.

This role involves hands-on work in demanding environments, and we are committed to keeping safety the top priority every day.
To support work-life balance, our typical schedule is Monday through Friday, usually from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Some longer days may be required from time to time, and we keep them to a minimum. The on-call schedule is simple and rotates fairly.

What We’re Looking For
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a drug screening
Ability to pass a background check
EPA certification required
Self-motivated professionals who can work independently and collaborate effectively with the team
Own hand tools and HVAC diagnostic tools
Preferred Qualifications
Two or more years of full-time HVAC repair experience
Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus
