About the Role

As a Residential HVAC Comfort Advisor, you'll be the trusted expert guiding homeowners through one of the most important decisions they can make for their home comfort. You'll evaluate existing HVAC systems, educate customers on their options, and recommend the best solutions based on their home's unique needs. You'll also work closely with our installation team to ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience from consultation to installation.

What You'll Be Doing

• Evaluate residential HVAC systems in customers' homes
• Perform airflow analysis, load calculations, and infrared/static pressure testing
• Recommend equipment and comfort solutions tailored to each home
• Present options clearly and help homeowners make informed decisions
• Coordinate with the HVAC installation team to deliver a seamless customer experience

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous residential HVAC sales experience required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office
• Experience with ServiceTitan is preferred, but not required
• Ability to work in attics, tight spaces, and lift equipment as needed
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when necessary
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and background
