The HVAC Apprentice will assist with the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems while learning industry best practices and safety standards.
Requirements
- Previous HVAC or construction experience preferred.
- Willingness to obtain EPA Section 608 Certification for refrigerant handling.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work in confined spaces, attics, crawl spaces, and on ladders.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work well as part of a team.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
- High school diploma or GED required; trade or vocational school training is a plus.
