Key Responsibilities

• Field Support: Assist with ductwork, refrigerant lines, electrical connections, and job site preparation.
• Learning: Troubleshoot systems and learn to diagnose repairs through direct mentorship.
• Safety: Maintain strict compliance with OSHA regulations and local mechanical codes.
• Service: Help with job documentation and learn professional customer communication.
