Join a Team That Invests in Its Technicians We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to support our growing service operations in the Dallas market. This role is ideal for a motivated technician who enjoys troubleshooting, solving complex mechanical issues, and delivering exceptional customer service. As a Commercial HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing a variety of commercial HVAC systems while ensuring customer satisfaction and equipment reliability. Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial HVAC equipment. Service rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, heat pumps, package units, and related mechanical systems. Diagnose electrical, refrigeration, airflow, and control system issues. Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical specifications. Complete service reports, work orders, and documentation accurately and efficiently. Communicate repair recommendations and system conditions to customers and management. Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in a professional manner. Follow all company safety procedures and industry best practices. Participate in occasional on-call rotations and overtime opportunities as needed. Qualifications Required Minimum 3 years of commercial HVAC service experience. EPA Universal Certification. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings. Knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and refrigeration principles. Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently. Preferred Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS) and controls. Experience servicing chillers, VAV systems, and advanced HVAC equipment. NATE Certification or additional technical certifications. Strong customer service and communication skills.
